Who publishes the site

The publisher’s name, legal form, registered address and e-mail address are available at accumulatorguide.com. They are given because regulation 6 of the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 requires a service provider to be identifiable and reachable.

Purpose

The site is editorial and informational. It takes no bets, holds no customer accounts, accepts no money and stands between no reader and any bookmaker. Its content contains no forecast that promises a win.

Betting law in Great Britain

The Gambling Act 2005 governs gambling in Great Britain and the Gambling Commission supervises it. Wherever an operator is based, serving customers in Great Britain requires a Commission licence, and the public register shows who holds one. Northern Ireland lies outside the Act and is covered by older law. The minimum age for betting is 18.

Accuracy of content

Articles are prepared with care and reviewed from time to time. Odds, markets and offer terms change constantly, so the bookmaker’s own current terms always decide. Accumulator takes no responsibility for decisions made on the strength of its pages.
