About us – Accumulator
Accumulators are the heart of the work here: the pages explain how a slip of several selections is priced, what a promotion attached to it asks of the customer and which Gambling Commission rules surround it. No bets are taken, no tips are sold and no return is promised, since a bet that is certain to win does not exist.
Sources and their use
Statements about operators come from their own terms, help centres and footers; legal statements come from statutes and from publications of the Gambling Commission and other public bodies. Prices and offers move quickly, so a figure always carries the time and place where it applied. Where sources stop, the text describes the point in words rather than inventing a number.
Licence checks
Any bookmaker that serves customers in Great Britain needs a Gambling Commission licence, and the public register settles the matter: a brand holds a Great Britain operating licence or it does not. Licensed operators run on .com addresses, so the address tells nothing. Licences issued in Curaçao, Malta or Gibraltar are no replacement. A site working without a Great Britain licence is described as exactly that, with no moral verdict but with the consequence spelled out: no GAMSTOP, no access to the Commission’s complaints process and weaker protection for the customer. Rank in a table is not a licence. Northern Ireland is outside the Gambling Act 2005 and has its own law.
Readers
The content is written for adults in Great Britain, as betting starts at 18. It is general information, not legal or tax advice. Where betting takes up more room than intended, GamCare, GambleAware and GAMSTOP are the places to turn.
